  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, or customized goods may not be eligible for return.

  • Exchange Option: You may choose to exchange the product instead of requesting a refund, where applicable.

 

Returns

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
